Niagara Falls - Sep 5, 2010

This post is going to be interesting. It's been so long that I can't remember what picture was where. And---I didn't take too many pictures. I was busy enjoying the scenery. This was open the blinds and see all the people. (In Lancaster)

Open the blinds and see all the lack of people. (Campbell, NY)
We are now in Canada and this is what I saw when opening the blinds. My goodness, where did the miles go.

The very next morning, this is what I saw. Manuel and Connie had moved from their wonderful 'electric only in the field' spot.

We drove into Niagara Falls (about 15 miles) to check it out after we set up the first night. Didn't get any pictures but Connie did. http://esparzacm.blogspot.com/ The next day we drove back to see if we could find Niagara-on-the-Lake. Along the way we found some really pretty spots.

There is evidence everywhere that this is a British community. The Prince of Wales is this hotel. And look at the grandeur. It took up an entire block.

Your carriage awaits, ma'am.

Gorgeous flowers on both sides of the street.

Does anyone know the name of this plant? I've been trying to tell our landscaper what I want around the trees in front. I always thought it was Silver Mound.

Hmmm, do I spot a casino?

Such a wonderful sight to see the American Falls. Many, many years ago, I walked under those falls on the right.

The Maid of the Mist goes right up to the Canadian Falls. George and I did this a couple of years ago.

The city of Niagara Falls, ON from the river.

The observation tower on the American side.
Rainbow Bridge from Canada.
Horseshoe Falls, Canada.

The landscaping along the river is awesome.

Thank you for everything.
